U.S. Dial-Out Conference Calls	37¢* per minute/line
1-800 "Dial-In / Meet-Me" Call	35¢* per minute/line
Worldwide "Dial-In / Meet-Me" Call	24¢* per minute/line
* Includes all U.S. time zones with no time restrictions.

There is a $2 set-up charge per participant for the first 10 participants. There is no set-up charge for additional participants, thus the maximum set-up charge per conference call is $20.
